One of the twelve illustrations I came up with for the Academy Awards & Gallery 1988 project.
While working on a project for university where we are creating vizualisations for the Lebensmittelwirtschaft ( farming and food industry) I found this old flyer on how oatmeal is created! (You can guess I was researching on hot oatmeal is created…)
I love these old flyers/infographics from the 50ies/60ies although they´re sometimes quite naive…
Found on Moni´s & Georg´s Backstube

Happy Earth Day everybody!!
How cool are the google-doodles? I love them, maybe because they´re little infographics…? :D
I just had to make screenshots and I tried to catch the bear coming out of the cave and the little groundhog.
Hello hello!
On Sunday I came back from Copenhagen where we had a Workshop with some students from the Danish Design School! (Ok, they weren´t really Danish, they were Exchange students from Canada & China ;) )
We visited the Graphics Department of the POLITIKEN Newspaper where we also got the Articles for our Infographics. There was one Article about the elections in Gronland, one about the weather in Copenhagen (there was a snow storm forecast for a storm that didn´t come…) and one about the man Isle in some US Supermarkets.
We had the weather article and when it got to researching all of the three groups where a bit crushed. We thought we wouldn´t find nothing on it!
But then it all turned out well and we all made some great graphics.
For us it was pretty striking that all of the Danish people still were cycling on the streets even if the weather was already really cold & windy! So we decided to take a turn on how to cycle safe with such bad weather. We made kind of a survival guide and naturally also explained the weather ;)
I wish everybody Happy Easter Days and a nice weekend!
I really like this photo from Ty Pawlowski , it ´s so calming! First I thought it was sth smoke/foggy-like, the I realized it´s “just” a blouse .
